Condition: First Edition, contemporary half calf elegantly gilt, black morocco label. Portrait of Michell & c.pp290, bound without half-title[?], binding a little scuffed or darkened, else a very good copy. The 5 plates of ruins at Petra, Thebes, Pompeii, Verona, and Baalbec are quite browned at the edges : the book is otherwise internally clean and crisp.
